I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1

When we accept Jesus as LORD of our lives, we are no longer our own. Our lives must be lived in total surrender to God.

A living sacrifice is a life that says: 'have Your own way, Lord!'

It is a sacrifice that is holy and acceptable to God as our reasonable service, when we consider that Jesus bec

Being grateful is more than just a feeling of saying 'thank you', being grateful is an action which shows how appreciative we are for something done.

But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that I have vowed. Salvation is of the LORD. Jonah 2:9

When we are grateful to God for His goodness, when we say thank you, our whole being reflects just how grateful we are.

I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonde

Work The Word! The Word Works!

by: Peter Osbourne

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

The Word of God works all the time because the Word is God Himself.

God who is Word, spoke Word and the world came into being.

Each time God said: 'Let there be', something happens.

What if we should Work the Word? The Word works.

The Word tells us that life and death is in the power of the tongue. We therefore have to be careful how we speak. We should never speak the Word of God loose

Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. (Matthew 18:21‭-‬22)

We all know that when someone hurt us and hurt us some more; or even if they hurt us just once but we were really hurt, that it is hard to forgive them.

The instruction from God in His Word to forgive, is a command. If we do not forgive, God

Be Thankful, Even When You Are Tempted

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. (James 1:2-3)

Unless we yield to temptation, it is not such a bad thing to be tempted because our faith is tried and this works patience for us.

No wonder the Word of God tells us to give thanks in everything and everything still means everything.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

“But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.” (Matthew 5:37)

Have you said yes to God but your actions, your lifestyle and your attitude is saying no way,? Well, it is time to take stock of your life.

God requires a truthful heart and if we are going to do what we were called by God to do, it will take a total surrendering of our will and keeping our word.

Now is not the time to 'play' church. The world is full of enoug

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (John 14:26

The Holy Spirit has His purpose in our lives and for that purpose was He sent into the earth.

When Jesus came, He came as the son of man as well as the Son of God. As the son of man, He had to walk among us to show us that it is possible to walk in this sinful world with God
