Bishop Lawrence Johnson

Bishop Johnson is a man with a heart of God. He has a deep love for God’s people and a passion for soul winning. He is a church planter and believes in teaching and preaching the uncompromised Word of God. This anointed teacher and prolific communicator has answered the call of God to preach with great excellence, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is committed to empowering believers for effective ministry and to rebuild communities through holistic outreach program, whereby salvation is embraced, divine destiny is revealed and sin is eradicated.

Bishop Johnson is the Founder and Executive Director of the Miracle World Outreach Ministries, Inc. This worldwide organization consists of over three hundred locations which include multiple locations throughout the United States, Jamaica,  India, Malawi, Cameroon, Uganda, Haiti,  and Dominican Republic. He is also the Senior Pastor at The New York District Churches, Miracle Worship Center (MWC), Bronx, NY and Miracle Victory (MVC) Center, Queens NY. 

He is happily married to Rev. Dr. Maxine Johnson for the past 33 years and is the father of three beautiful children, Karel, Matthew and Lawrence, Jr. who are all actively involved in ministry.
