But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

Psalm 5:11

God knows those that are His. While man looks at the outward appearance, God sees our hearts.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

2 Timothy 2:19

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

1 Samuel 16:7

God is a God of love; He is also a just God. Those who are called by His name, who earnestly seek His face and abide in His love, will be defended by their God.

God is a God who keeps His Word. When we are faithful in walking with Him and living in obedience, God is faithful to keep His promises.

The whole duty of man is to fear God and keep His commandments.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Ecclesiastes 12:13

Nothing misses God's attention. He sees; He knows. Nothing is hid from a God who never sleeps nor slumbers.

For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

2 Chronicles 16:9a

Being children of God, we are  called to live an upright life and to be light in a dark world.

We must know that once we live for God, He will defend us from the attacks of the enemy because He is faithful and just in all His ways.

May we learn to trust in God with all our hearts, knowing how much He loves us and will defend us and we will experience His fulness in our lives.

and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Ephesians 3:19
